Our Mission

To boost morale, confidence and opportunities and be service to our community.

The Northern Cherokee County Community Booster Club (NC3) is a 501c3 not for profit organization which was established as a way to get our rural citizens connected in fellowship, tradition, and resources. We currently help the rural communities of Lowrey, Moodys, Liberty, and Teresita and surrounding areas, as well as Lowrey School and Lowrey Volunteer Fire Department. Our board members are majority Cherokee tribal members and work to community all needs within our scope and work closely with the Cherokee Nation and other entities to help meet specific needs in our area.

We supply vital resources and meet some needs of our volunteer fire department, rural school, and low income and minority citizens through outside resources, in kind donations, fundraisers, grants, and other activities. We are dedicated to bettering our community’s safety, education and overall well-being.
